Health & Protection is launching its annual UK provider service ratings to recognise those insurers and providers who consistently offer the best service, experience and support to advisers across the retail health and protection insurance industry.
We want to hear from you about which insurers and providers are giving you the best service in the individual protection and individual private medical insurance (PMI) markets.

In appreciation of your time and insight, intermediaries completing the survey will receive either a £25 Amazon voucher or a £25 donation to one of our four selected charities – Mind, The Red Cross, Cancer Research UK or UNICEF Ukraine.
Your views will be anonymously collated to provide rankings in seven key elements. These include claims handling, compliance support, speed of response, and staff expertise.
The final results will be published with those providers performing best given Health & Protection’s coveted Five Star service ratings.
It should take around eight minutes to complete and is best completed with a desktop or laptop computer.
