The Worldwide Broker Network has appointed Liz Yovich as member relations manager.

Yovich (pictured) will join WBN on 4 January from WBN member firm IMA Global Risk & Benefits, where for seven years she provided global clients with employee benefits consulting expertise, handling complex international programs.

An active member of the WBN, in April 2021 Yovich became chairwoman of WBN’s Young Professionals Group, where she led a strategic and tactical development program for a group of more than 200 young professionals.

She also helped design and coordinate the new board mentorship program for graduates and has been a member of the employee benefits steering committee.

Yovich will report to WBN CEO Olga Collins.

Collins said: “I am thrilled Liz will become part of our team in this exciting new role.

“Our vision for this position is to deliver continual support and growth for the network. Liz joining also emphasizes the success of our young professionals program which continues to bring new opportunities to our rising leaders.

“She has already built great relationships with our members and embodies what our network represents: client focus, deep technical expertise and creativity.”

Yovich said she was very excited to be joining.

“I look forward to working with WBN’s global team, collaborating with members, supporting their businesses, and continuing to build on the success of our young professionals initiative,” she added.

Sean Jackson, director at IMA Global Risk & Benefits, said: “Liz has been an amazing credit to the IMA Global Risk & Benefits group.

“Liz will be missed at IMA, but I have no doubt that she will be a great asset to the WBN team and to all of our partners around the globe.

“I look forward to continuing to work with Liz in her new role in WBN.”
