William Russell business development manager (BDM) Christopher Knowles and sales and customer loyalty manager for the UK Duncan Craig have left the company.
Craig has been sales and customer loyalty manager for William Russell’s UK office since January 2018.
He joined from 3HR Benefits consultancy where he was manager for health and risk benefits. He is also a former business development manager at Aviva.
Revealing his departure on LinkedIn, Craig said: “It’s been great working for a disruptor in the expatriate insurance space and being a key part of the growth and whole William Russell journey. I wish the company every success for the future.”
Knowles has joined commercial insurance broker Hubb Insure as development executive.
He joined William Russell in February 2022 from Cigna where had been a telemarketing executive since the summer of 2019.
Knowles has also held sales roles at NFU Mutual and was a mortgage consultant at Santander UK earlier in his career.
In a LinkedIn post Knowles thanked the company for its support in making his time enjoyable while working there and wishing the firm and his previous colleagues all the best for the future.
