Working to Wellbeing has appointed Sam Walton as partnerships manager.

Walton (pictured) who was most recently training and development consultant at AIG Life, has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and was previously a business consultant at Vitality UK and prior to that a business development manager at LV=.

Dr Julie Denning, managing director, chartered health psychologist at Working To Wellbeing, and chairwoman of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association, said: “We are thrilled to have Sam on board.

“She shares our belief that work can be good for health when the right support is in place, and her experience and industry knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to grow.

“The demand for workplace rehabilitation services is increasing, and we are committed to reaching more organisations to ensure employees receive the help they need to return to or remain in work with confidence and dignity.”

Walton added: “I am delighted to join Working To Wellbeing at such an exciting time.

“More than ever, employers and insurers are recognising the vital role of specialist return-to-work support in helping employees manage their health while remaining in or returning to work.

“I look forward to working with our partners to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.”
