New Jersey-based World Insurance Associates has acquired HML Brokerage based in Brooklyn, New York.
The acquisition happened on 1 September 2024, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
HML offers healthcare and business insurance coverage, and is also known for property and casualty insurance services.
The HML acquisition was the latest of a round of World Insurance acquisitions. Last year it acquired seven other insurance agencies, including five in Texas and Louisiana.
Since its founding in 2011, World Insurance has completed more than 250 acquisitions and serves clients from more than 250 offices across the United States.
