Worldwide Broker Network adds to board

The Worldwide Broker Network has appointed Benjamin Verlingue, director of international subsidiaries at French insurance broker, Verlingue to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Verlingue has been director of international subsidiaries at Verlingue for more than a decade. Verlingue is part of Adelaide, a group specialising in insurance advice, broking, distribution and services with over 1,100 employees and premium revenue in excess of £1.67bn.

Verlingue (pictured) said: “I am pleased to join the WBN board of directors today and proud to take on such an important role at a key time in WBN’s development as the leading global independent insurance broker network.

“WBN has transformed as a business over the last year and it’s such an exciting time to be part of its journey, I look forward to working with Olga and the rest of the Board to continue to drive the network forward.”

Olga Collins, CEO of WBN, added: “We are so pleased to welcome Benjamin to the WBN board. Benjamin’s experience of leadership, coupled with his experience in advising global clients makes him an ideal person for this role.

“At WBN, we are committed to providing our members with the best service possible and I no doubt Benjamin will be essential in continuing this vision.”
