Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has appointed health, wealth and career market leaders for both Europe and North America.
Angel Hoover (pictured) takes the role of health, wealth and career market leader for Europe.
In her newly created role, Hoover will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Europe, bringing new solutions to market and ensuring clients benefit from the full value of health, wealth and career insights and offerings.
She joined WTW in 2008 as a talent management practice leader in Chicago, then line of business leader for Chicago and Milwaukee. In 2015 she moved to Europe where she has held several leadership roles, including head of the talent advisory, data and software business in Western Europe and head of WTW’s Benelux region.
Based in the Netherlands, Hoover will report to Julie Gebauer, WTW’s global head of health, wealth and career, and will join the health, wealth and career global leadership team.
Gebauer said: “Angel has a terrific understanding of the market, our clients and the complex human capital issues they face. With her experience leading business teams and distinguishing WTW from the competition, we know our clients will benefit from Angel’s health, wealth and career focus.”
Over in the US, WTW has also appointed Emory Todd in an equivalent health wealth and career market leader role, for North America.
He was previously West region leader and initially joined WTW as managing consultant for the Carolinas back in 2007.
