Willis Towers Watson has launched employee engagement platform Engage.
The platform is designed to help organisations listen to employees and and respond to their needs, understand variations among different workforce segments, make better people decisions, and build more effective HR programs and work experiences.
It contains a library of survey modules and templates on workforce topics, including health; financial wellbeing; retirement; benefits; rewards; wellbeing; diversity; equity and inclusion; hybrid work; environmental, social and governance and climate; M&A; career development; organisational culture and engagement.
Adam Zuckerman, global product leader for Engage, WTW, said: “We’re thrilled to launch Engage, which was built to drive the whole employee experience inside and outside of work.
“Companies are undergoing broad cultural changes, which have raised expectations for employers to understand and support a broader range of human experience and wellbeing. Our new employee engagement platform allows employers to focus on value, delivering insights that make employee voices louder, clearer and more actionable than ever before.”
Suzanne McAndrew, global employee experience business leader, WTW, added: “We believe that Engage, along with our other employee experience software, creates the most powerful combination of employee experience tools in the market and will uniquely drive the type of impact, action and change employers are looking to achieve.”
