Zurich’s personal protection and income protection products are now available on the UnderwriteMe protection sourcing system.
The products will initially be available through a small number of distributors before access is expanded to others across the network.
Zurich is the eighth insurer to provide access to its products through the platform.
Through the sourcing system, users need to answer just one set of health and lifestyle questions to receive underwritten offers from participating insurers.
Andrew Doran, chief executive of UnderwriteMe (pictured), said being able to offer advisers access to Zurich’s personal protection and income protection products marks a significant step forward in its growth this year and enhanced its proposition further.
Louise Colley, retail protection director of Zurich, described joining the platform as an exciting development, ”creating a new route for advisers to access our personal protection and income protection products”.
