In Bupa’s latest virtual event, a panel of experts discussed the value of a neurodiverse workforce.

Organisations have a responsibility to challenge traditional working practises to create an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive at work.

Around one in seven people are neurodivergent and diverse workplaces that recruit, support, and retain neurodivergent individuals benefit from attracting new talent, skills, and perspectives.

During the session Professor Amanda Kirby, CEO of Do-IT Solutions, explored the clinical landscape and what businesses can do to support neurodiversity at work.

Louise Harvey, Director of PMI New Propositions, shared Bupa’s insights and priorities to support neurodivergent conditions.

Marc McNeill talked about his role as sponsor of the Disability and Neurodiversity network at AutoTrader and what it’s like to navigate the workplace with a neurodevelopmental condition like ADHD.

Richmal Maybank, Employer Engagement Manager at the National Autistic Society discussed what employers can practically do to create an inclusive culture.
