April International has appointed Daniel Woods as business development manager.
Woods joins from Berwick Devoil Healthcare where he was a senior client manager. Before that he held senior sales positions at both Now Health International and Generali Global Health. He started his career at Axa Global Healthcare.
Wood (pictured), said: “I am joining April International at a time when the business is moving from strength to strength, having grown client numbers significantly last year, and won several important awards, including Best International Individual Health Insurance Provider at the Health & Protection Awards 2023.
“I am looking forward to helping April International set the benchmark in the international private medical insurance space for first-class products, broker support, and client service.”
