Howden Employee Benefits has appointed Hannah Proctor as global benefits management team leader.

She joins from Mercer, where she was principal consultant, account director and global network lead.

Proctor (pictured) brings more than a decade of employee benefits experience to the firm.

This has included working in Singapore for Mercer Marsh Benefits and advising multinational employers across the UK, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

In her new role, Procter will work from London reporting to Anne Terry, managing director of Howden’s multi-national client practice.

Terry said Proctor has built a strong track record for this role.

“She has exactly the entrepreneurial, energised approach that fits our culture at Howden.

“I’m excited to have her join us in London, and I know she’ll be a great representation of what makes Howden different,” she added.

Proctor said she has built relationships across different countries and loves the “entrepreneurial” energy Howden brings to this space.

“I’m looking forward to bringing that energy to the team,” she added.
