HCA Healthcare UK and Feel Good have joined forces to launch a 12-month programme of workshops hosted by experts providing practical advice and takeaways for businesses.

The programme is the first element in the partnership between HCA and Feel Good, which aims to provide UK businesses with high quality healthcare and wellbeing services to support employee mental health and productivity.

HCA said the new offering comes at a crucial time as businesses and their workforce face economic challenges and increasing pressure at work, highlighting the importance of wellbeing support in the workplace.

The programme will support HCA Healthcare UK’s existing services and aims to ensure employees have access to high-quality content to support their mental and physical wellbeing.

HCA said: “In today’s workplace, where challenges like stress, burnout, and mental health issues are at an all-time high, investing in wellbeing is no longer a luxury – it’s a necessity.”

The partnership will support businesses in integrating workplace health and wellbeing into their corporate strategy and provide further resources to employees that can help implement sustainable change.

Soraya Chamberlain, vice president of corporate health at HCA Healthcare UK (pictured), said: “We are excited to be partnering with Feel Good to better enhance employee mental and physical health and wellbeing, and prevent burnout amongst the workforce.

“This partnership comes at a crucial time when organisations are shifting their focus from ‘fixing employees’ to identifying and mitigating systemic workplace stressors.

“Our aim is to support businesses and their employees by implementing bespoke health and wellbeing plans that are catered to their unique needs.

“When business leaders invest in the health of their people they are simultaneously investing in the sustainability, productivity and resilience of their workforce.”

Leanne Rigby, CEO of Feel Good, said: “We’re delighted to be HCA UK’s trusted partner to support clients to optimise their people’s health and wellbeing, starting with a 12-month series of interactive workshops, delivered by Feel Good’s team of leading qualified experts.

“Through leveraging HCA Healthcare UK and Feel Good’s joint intelligence and expertise, we can more proactively support organisations and their people through targeted programs to tackle burnout, build resilience, navigate change, and thrive at work through a healthy performance lens.

“This partnership is all about maximising our impact where it matters most – helping employees feel good and perform at their best.”
