Aviva and Mayo Clinic agree treatment deal

Mayo Clinic Healthcare has reached an agreement with insurer Aviva enabling its policyholders to be treated at the provider’s London clinic at Portland Place.

The agreement is retroactive to 1 December 2021. Coverage will depend on a customer’s health insurance policy.

The Mayo Clinic provides consultations in heart health, digestive diseases and lung care and offers health assessments, advanced diagnostic tests and second opinions for serious and complex diagnoses.

In September it agreed a two-year deal with Bupa to provide diagnosis and treatment for that insurer’s members.
