Broadstone has hired Lindsay Kenny as SME business development consultant, joining from Towergate where she had been an employee benefits consultant since October 2008.

The firm said Kenny (pictured) had gained significant experience in helping companies and individuals improve their employee health and wellbeing via her extensive expertise in health and risk benefits.

It added in her new role, she will deliver employee benefits solutions supporting SMEs and will work with new and existing clients to understand their needs, design and implement benefits packages.

Brett Hill, head of health and protection at Broadstone, said: “We are thrilled to have Lindsay join our team – her extensive experience and passion for employee wellbeing make her a valuable addition.”

Kenny said she was excited to bring her energy, passion, and experience to the consultant.

“I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success and helping businesses develop employee benefits solutions that truly make a difference,” she added.
