Howden has overhauled its consumer life and health leadership team following the integration of ActiveQuote into its business.

As part of this, Jon Carroll, Rob Saunders, Richard Holden and Sam Hudson are taking on new roles within the business.

Carroll, previously executive director of consumer direct, is now executive director of private medical insurance (PMI).

Holden, previously commercial director, is now director of commercial and partnerships.

Saunders, previously CEO of ActiveQuote, is executive director of protection.

And Hudson, previously executive director for consumer partnerships, is now strategy and operations director.

Howden Consumer CEO Mike Dalby announced the realignment of the firm’s consumer life and health leadership team which he said was to support growth, enhance collaboration and deliver stronger outcomes for clients.

Dalby (pictured) added the appointments reflected the strength of the firm’s leadership team and would help it work more closely across health and protection, deliver consistently strong outcomes for clients, and support the next stage of growth.
