MetLife UK has appointed Matt Foster as head of propositions.
Foster (pictured) has held the role on an interim basis for the last six months.
A former proposition lead for healthcare at The Exeter, Foster has held contract roles at OneFamily, BGL Group and Sherpa Insurance.
Earlier in his career, he was head of proposition at Guardian, a senior manager at AIG Life and head of protection products at Legal & General.
He has also held marketing roles at Unum.
