National Friendly is expanding its private medical insurance (PMI) range with launch of its Extensive policy which offers unlimited cover.
It includes a complete range of cancer cover, with no limits on out-patient treatments, scans, diagnostics and operations, plus benefits to improve the customer experience, such as private GP access.
There is support for customers’ wider wellbeing by providing for regular well-person checks and through its partnership with HealthHero policyholders will have unlimited virtual GP access.
“The policy is tailored specifically for the needs of customers looking for prompt private treatments, delivered by specialist consultants who will work with them to define and agree treatment pathways,” the insurer said.
To mark the launch, National Friendly is also offering clients a discount equal to the first month’s premium for all qualifying policies. This will be on offer for three months from 7 April.
The insurer is also offering cover for families, couples and single parents.
