Omni Protect has been chosen by Walsham Brothers as its first distribution partner.
The distributor’s firms will have access to Walsham Brothers’s mortgage payment protection Insurance (MPPI) range, designed to cover the cost of a policyholder’s mortgage payment for up to two years in the event of accident, sickness, or unemployment.
It said the MPPI range included no medical underwriting, flexible cover, and premiums which do not increase with age, or following valid claims.
The appointment comes two weeks after Beagle Street announced that Omni Protect would be its founding distribution partner for its launch to the adviser market.

Jamie Leong, team leader at Walsham Brothers, said the firm was delighted to be joining the Omni Protect panel as its first distribution partner.
He added it was an important milestone for Walsham Brothers and significantly broadens the insurer’s reach to advisers and their clients seeking insurance solutions, particularly accident, sickness and unemployment cover.
