PG Mutual has appointed Andy Elkington as chief executive officer with effect from 1 May 2022.
Elkington (pictured) will succeed Mike Perry, who will retire later this year. His more recent roles have included group sales & marketing director with Police Mutual, a director of bank and building society distribution at Legal & General and director of general insurance at Virgin Money.
Simon Whale, chairman at PG Mutual, said: “We are very pleased that Andy has chosen to join us. Andy’s wealth of experience and expertise in financial services and his commitment to mutuality will be invaluable to us.

“I want to thank Mike Perry, for his loyalty and leadership over the last decade. He leaves the Society in a stronger position now than it was when he joined the Society in September 2011. Everyone at PG Mutual wishes Mike a very happy and fulfilling retirement.”
