The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has promoted Amy Wilson to the newly created role of propositions director.
Wilson (pictured, centre) has been at the firm for 11 years and is stepping up from head of insurance to take up the role.
She is now responsible for developing its proposition across the business.
This includes strengthening the firm’s adviser propositions, forming strategic partnerships and helping to develop future growth initiatives.
She also joins the founding members of the firm on the executive board.
Wilson said she was grateful for the trust and confidence the board had placed in her.
“The opportunity to take on a broader role and help shape our proposition across the business is something I’m genuinely passionate about,“ she said.
“What excites me most is the opportunity to make a real difference for our advisers and their clients, ensuring we continue to evolve, innovate and deliver the support they need in an ever-changing market.

Ben Allen, managing director of The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, added that Wilson’s promotion reflected the contribution she had made to the business and the qualities she brought to the leadership team.
