Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Richard Jackson as head of consulting.
He joins from Gallagher, where he was director of people experience consulting.
Jackson (pictured) will lead the employee benefits consulting team in the South of England to deliver Towergate Health & Protection’s growth plans in that region, and to support the development of the company’s client proposition and experience.
Spending much of his career in Singapore, he worked for more than five years there with Bupa, leaving as head of corporate sales for South East Asia. Prior to that he worked at Lockton, also in Singapore, for more than two years as senior vice president for employee benefits.
In his new role, Jackson will lead a large team of consultants and will report to Chris Saunders, head of commercial PMI at Towergate Health & Protection.
