Charlotte Wheeler has joined WTW as a director and health and benefits consultant.
Wheeler joins from Lockton where she was a health and risk consultant having joined in August 2025.
Her career in consultancy began with Aon in November 2022 where she was a health and risk employee benefits consultant.
This followed a career break before which she held several HR, benefits and payroll roles at Kimberly Clark.
