Access Financial Services has engaged Matt Chapman, The Protection Coach, to work with its advisers.
Chapman (pictured), a former adviser turned specialist trainer, will provide his coaching and training services to Access FS’s national network of more than 280 mortgage and protection advisers, who collectively serve more than 20,000 customers.
Over the next nine months, he will work closely with the firm’s managers and mentors, equipping them with coaching techniques they can cascade through the business.
The programme will focus on helping advisers move away from transactional sales conversations and towards deeper, goals‑based discussions that explore a client’s life plans, financial vulnerabilities and long‑term aspirations, the firm said.
