Foyer Global Health has launched two telemedicine services in collaboration with Teladoc Health; mental health coaching and a get fit programme.
Mental health coaching is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed in four languages – English, French, German and Spanish. The service will help customers with various challenges including:
- Anxiety, stress, burnout,
- Sleeping problems,
- Life as an expat and the challenges it brings,
- Work-life balance,
- Important life events including breakups, relationships, challenges, becoming a new parent and losing a loved one.
The get fit programme gives customers a personalised programme that fits their goals and needs and is aimed at improving their wellness and lifestyle on a daily basis, no matter where they live or their situation.
The programme consists of a basic menu, weekly menus with recipes, weekly online check-ins, and an exercise programme based on their starting point and more.
The two services are accessible through the Foyer portal and are free for all insured members.
Foyer said the move allowed customers to access round-the-clock care from anywhere in the world, which has become a necessity for many globally mobile people, especially since the pandemic.
Foyer aded that trhough the partnership with Teladoc Health it would continuously enhance the accessibility of virtual care services and that it was committed to offering customers a better sense of security through mental health support along their expatriate journey.
Foyer said the launch represents an important step forward in providing customers with high quality healthcare.
